- Plan, implement, and measure demand capturing & generation programs to drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline generation, and accelerated inbound revenue.
- Develop & prioritize objectives for the marketing activities, sharing results on performance to management & the rest of the team
- Develop targeted account-based marketing programs in partnership with sales to penetrate various segments of our ICP across territories
- Team up with developers, designers, and content creators to find unique angles to promote the product
- Manage own budgets and pipeline goals to meet the growth targets

Additionally, we are looking for someone who:
- Has already experienced the journey from 1 to 10M ARR and beyond, and wants to do it again in an exciting, fast-growing space
- Has 3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing/growth experience (preferably with sales-led go-to-market strategy)
- Has an understanding of growth drivers across the funnel
- Has profound experience in paid and organic customer acquisition strategies - acknowledging the need for quality, not only the number of leads
- Is passionate about the social media ecosystem
- Has a track record of measurable success in developing and growing the sales pipeline
- Has the ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively to break down problems and find effective solutions

Gehalt: The salary is in a range of EUR 50.000,00 - EUR 70.000,00 gross per year. Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience.
